Mediation Service

Credibility has gone into partnership with the Summerhouses Consultancy with the aim of providing a comprehensive conflict resolution service, we will offer:

  • A workplace mediation service
  • Mediation training for manager
  • Conflict resolution training based on Solutions Focused (SF) Principles.

This service begins from September 2011.

Total People have worked with Credibility consistently over the last 12 years. A key factor in this successful partnership is the knowledgeable, competent, highly skilled trainers and consultants and the customer focused ethos of the business. The professional approach of the Consultants led by John Dyer ensures that time is invested in understanding the Company’s established and underlying business needs and to shape a range of solutions tailored to the our specific requirements. Training and support is delivered flexibly at a time, place and pace to suit the Company’s specific needs with regular formal and informal review and evaluation built in.
