What is Noggin?
Noggin is an online learning management system, designed to allow training of bespoke courses in a structured process. Noggin courses contain interactive presentations on a range of topics followed by an online test, containing randomised questions. All learner activity is recorded and allows for both learner and manager to keep up to date with learning progress. It also allows both parties to track learner achievements or identify if additional support may be needed in a particular area.

Current course
The current course being offered is an introduction to Equality and Diversity (E & D) aimed at both those who are new to E & D and those who maybe a little rusty and require an update. The sole purpose of the course is to provide cost effective learning, especially in tougher economic times.

The course aims to raise awareness and increase understanding of a range of Equality and Diversity topics including: culture, disability, stereotyping, sexual orientation, equality and employment law.
